Seeking A Double Room

Hello,

I am a professional male aged 33, currently looking for a place within Huddersfield area.
I would be interested in a house share, self contained apartment or an en-suite double bedroom.

Budget: £370.00 pcm, ideally with inclusive bills (incl Council Tax)

Non-smoker, quite bubbly although mature at the same time, easy to get along with.

I've been working for a large corporation for the past 9 years.

Would like to share with anyone, who can regularly clean after themselves, be respectful of the house share rules and socialize from time to time.
I am not a massive party goer at this age (but will probably let you drag me out occasionally). Quite fond of a peaceful environment and mutual respect.
