Thoughtful soul looking for long term home

I'm looking for a friendly, calm, homely place to relax and recharge, sharing with people over 30...

And I am looking for a place for at least a couple of years.

My areas of interest are a radius for cycling to my job in Pimlico. I am a Library Assistant at a University.

That means:

North/Northeast/East Zones 1-2: NW1, N1, E8, E2/E1; and if anything in my budget comes up in WC1, EC1/2/3/4, then sure!
South: Lambeth, Vauxhall, Brixton, Camberwell, Peckham, Nunhead, Dulwich, Bermondsey. (Have more room to play with here so less specific about postcodes!)

My budget would ideally come under 750inc per month.

I would probably like to live with several people because I am a sociable soul. For this reason a shared social space that isn't just the kitchen is something I really want.

I also would really like to have some space to spend time in that is on the ground floor.

Lastly, I cannot live without a bathtub.

About me:
I'm an easygoing, warm and considerate person. In previous shares I've been the bills organiser and tend to be proactive with things like this, so I think this makes me a reliable sort of housemate. I like things reasonably clean and reasonably tidy. Respectful and acceptance for people is high on my list.

I have regular working hours and aim to keep the remainder of the week structured and productive between the projects, life admin and squeezing the cultural payback that London has to offer. I ping pong, I yoga, I dance, and I can't live without escaping to nature. I'm not totally past the odd late night but I don't especially go out looking for it any more. Music is an important part of my life.

In the house you will often find me cooking, reading, laughing at comedy or in the bath (I added that because its maybe my most annoying houseshare trait- long soaks). I also like TV when it is good (which it is now, thanks Netflix!).

I am an arts graduate, and I'm not all about Art, but to understand what I'll bring, it's a helpful shorthand that describes my curious personality (in all senses), eclectic tastes and can-do, lets-make-it attitude.

I would vastly prefer a house that does not have the TV on as standard, however. Talking is much more interesting!
