I'm looking for a large furnished double preferably with en suit or a 1 bedroom furnished flat (budget ?450).
Location preferences would be within 15 miles of Wigan.
I would like a property that has all bills included, NO SMOKERS - Not even if they go outdoors and is not shared with any students.
I also have a lovely hamster named Greg so must be hamster friendly :) & no ridiculously high agency fees please! I can provide great references.
