Professional seeking housemate to rent with

Hi everyone! I'm looking to find accommodation in a location that is easy for me to get to the university from.

I'm a friendly, social person but that being said I do enjoy my alone time. Most of the time you wouldn't even notice me as I'm usually at uni or quietly in my room relaxing from from the long day of research. I'd prefer someone who wasn't the type to blast music at all hours of the night, every night.

I'm easy going and I like to clean! I don't need your stuff to be spotless but basic cleanliness would be ideal.
