Seeking Friendly Flatshare in North London

My name is Piers and I?m a full time Social Media Manager at a theatre and festivals agency in London, and also a part time Photographer and Filmmaker, looking for a place to call home in the Finsbury Park & Crouch End areas ? although I?m open to suggestions!

A few things about me - I love films and I make them occasionally. I?m always up for hearing ideas for creative projects if you?ve got any. I'm more of a pub instead of club kinda guy. I spend a lot of my time at the theatre. I?d really like a social vibe in a house with a shared living room ideally, and some socialising over cheese, wine and board games. I like to think I?m a pretty good cook, and really enjoy cooking good food for friends and housemates.

I?ve lived in shared housing in London for 9 years so totally understand how to give space to my fellow flatmates and how to be respectful and clean in shared areas. I?m equally happy keeping to myself, watching Netflix or editing photos.

I'd love to live in an area known for its pubs and cafes and town-like vibe, and like the look of Finsbury Park & Crouch End, but am also open to suggestions in Stoke Newington, Archway, Tufnell Park, Kentish Town etc. I?m hoping to live with cool people, who are up for being sociable and having a beer together from time to time.
I?m looking for a fairly sizeable room as I have some of my own furniture that that needs some space, unless there's enough space in social areas. I?m looking to pay in the region of ?600 - ?700 per month.

I can be free for viewing in the evenings from 7pm onwards or the weekend of course, and would love to come and meet you, share a cup of tea (or beer, or glass of wine) and see the room!
