I am looking for private accommodation in the Midlands area while I look for a property to buy. (Depending on the type of accommodation, the right place I will stay longer)

I'm very clean and quiet. Prior to moving abroad in 2016 I owned my own house for six years and also rent out a tourist villa in Asia - so understand the importance of respecting your property.

I require wifi and off road, or at least safe parking for one car. I need a quiet location.
