Wanted: very large bright room in SE

Trustworthy professional in full-time stable employment looking for a new place to call home. Ideally located in South-East Catford, Peckham, Honor Oak Park, New-Cross or Lewisham, a garden would be a bonus (think bbq) though bright and extra spacious is more important. Unfurnished is ideal as I have my own furniture and a pushbike to bring in. Move in dates flexible; it can be anytime from now through to end of August/early September at the latest.

About myself: 41 year-old, working from home for a software company. Not a party animal though very sociable and always enjoy a chat. TV is not part of my life and prefer to listen to the radio. I have always been passionate about languages be them foreign, music, computing... Rather the active type, I have many interests and hobbies like yoga, lindy hop, climbing, Raspberry Pi tinkering and many more.
Currently sharing a beautiful period house in Catford but the landlord plus family is moving back in.
