A double room required

I am a male aged 32 looking for a room within the Hampshire area with a private landlord/ landlady. I am unemployed due to medical reasons and there for require my housing benefits. I would also prefer a double bed due to height and medical reasons. I am respectful and don't mind helping around the house when required.

For those not sure on how universal credits pay your rent. This is a step that once they receive a tenancy agreement they will pay up to ?650. This isn?t the same for all just what I last claimed. It can be paid directly to yourself or myself to send to you. It?s much easier than the original system.

I?m not choosy, I will take what I can get basically. Have housing benefits and deposit ready. Just really need a place to call home. The car is affecting my health more and the council won?t take that on board either. I have to find a private landlord and they will help from there. You wont get any issues from me.
