I work Monday to Friday and paid weekly. I've been at my current job based in Romford for last 4 years. I'm a delivery driver.

I don't have much items other than my clothes so not much space needed.
I clean up after myself, always respectful of other house members, it would only ever be me in the room.
Also I see it as a home and not a hotel so good to mix rather than locked away in the room.

Can speak without swearing and never been in trouble with police or anything of that nature.
Can pay you a deposit and then rent weekly either cash or bank transfur.
