Professional looking for a room in prestwich

I'm looking for a room around Prestwich. I?ve been living near Heaton Park for almost 3 years so I know the area well and just want somewhere fresh.

I'm a very laid back guy and I'm super easy going and easy to get on with. No problems with people who have an active social life but not interested in people looking to party all the time. Every now and then is fine though. I?m not a clean freak but I do like to keep things tidy.

I?m a videographer and motion designer. Work a standard 9-5 so won?t be coming and going at weird times. Anything else you want to know just ask.
