Professional looking for flatshare

Hello!

My name is Eri and I am a 26 year old female professional from Greece. I am coming to Northampton probably at 16 October for a job I've been offered at the University of Northampton Library.

I am friendly, easygoing and I like reading, watching series, going for walks and exploring new places and things. I love animals, so if there are pets in the house, I don't mind at all! (cats have a special place in my heart). I don't smoke and I am not a noisy person. I enjoy socializing with other people but I also need my "alone time", and I totally respect others' time alone.

As I'll be working full time (sometimes from home) and doing my distance learning Master's degree at the same time, it is important for me to have a quiet environment to work and study without distractions.

I would like the person/people I live with to keep the shared areas of the house clean and tidy after using them (especially kitchen and bathroom) and to do the house chores when it's their turn without me having to chase them and nag them to do it (been there, done that). Of course, the same things can be expected from me as well.

I am looking for either a single or double room and my budget is about £550/£600 (incl. bills). It would be very convenient for me if the house is within walking distance from the University of Northampton Waterside campus (max 15-20 minutes walking), but that's not a deal breaker.
