Looking for quiet, clean and friendly home

Hi everyone, My name's Karl and I am looking for room to rent.

I'm needing someone quiet, clean (essential!) and friendly, where I can work peacefully (I'm currently remote working) and somewhere where everyone treats everyone with a bit of consideration.

I'm currently doing a philosophy degree with a French uni and so with that and work, the whole men behaving badly/student shared house scenario just isn't for me....sorry.

Having had a bad experience with my last house share and due to my studies, I'm reticent to tie my self to contract longer than 3 months (this doesn't necessarily mean I wouldn't stay longer, but I ideally need the flexibility. Apart from that, a desk and WiFi are pretty important too.

On a lighter note, I enjoy watching films and trying out new recipes when I get the opportunity :)
