Senior Male seeks landlady

Professional Male looking for digs with landlady for minimum 3 months. Extra monies for doing weekly laundry - for the younger generation this was known as being a 'Lodger'. I need a large double room with nice size table for my work of evenings (I'm an amateur writer) . Most weeks would be arriving Sunday evening, leave Friday afternoon, with the occasional weekend staying over. I can fix all your computer and Internet problems. Ideally somewhere rural would be nice - within easy access of A46/M69 and Stratford Upon Avon. Good Broadband is critical. I like stimulating conversation and a good glass of wine of an evening. No agents or rooms that don't meet above requirements.
