Student Female seeks a single or double room

I am a female student aged 21 looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 25/11/2017 and have a budget of ?350pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I am at Computer gaming and software development . It is not a problem if you can?t allow me as a student, my mother works in London and I have a work here too! I HAVE A SMALL DOG, I MUST LIVE WITH THE DOG. My dog grew up in my house, she doesn?t destroy, she is too lazy and educated. I know that it is rarely to find a landlord or roomates which can accept pets but mine is like she doesn?t exist (haha) . Thank you !!
