American looking for social buddyup

Looking to buddy up with 1-2 other people in London. I am a social, clean person looking for people who enjoy having friends round for a meal, a glass of wine and conversation or guilty pleasure TV in the evenings. I love to travel, go out to bars, shows, and museums in London. An LGBT household is a plus.

My partner currently lives in Durham pursuing his PhD and I will be up there with him around 7 days per month (2 long weekends), so you will often have the flat to yourself! He will be down with me for around 2 weekends per month (before lockdown it averaged about 6 days per month), so ideally this should balance out.

I have lived in the UK for 4 years now and my contract is ending on my current flat (currently living on a boat which is great but Im ready for a bit more space!). I'd prefer to be running/cycling distance from work (Tower Bridge area) but am very flexible on location. I tend to prefer leafy places with older, more characterful buildings. I am looking to move in late August or September, but this is flexible.
