Looking for a double room to rent

I am seeking either a house share with friendly, mature and clean females or a female buddy! I lived with males throughout university and in my current shared accommodation, however, would really like a change and would like to live in a small female only house share. I am a very friendly and kind person who loves socialising, but sadly, I no longer hold the strength to live up to my party animal / going out 5 nights out of 7 or the patience to experience the sound of bass thumping throughout the house. I would be best suited in a quiet environment with professionals or mature students. I would like to be with like minded people who I can make friends/socialise with.

Likes/interest:
- Watching intense documentaries/ Netflix/amazon prime / films
- Reading
- Constantly going out for lovely meals/ few drinks regardless of how much money I?ve got
- Pets with fur and four paws. Not the other kind.
- Travelling

Dislikes:
- dirt/ prolonged mess
- house parties / sessions that last for days/weeks/ months (just go home please)
-drugs ^^
- Rude/pushy people
- Gossiping (although if there is drama on social media I will read all 675 comments)
-Crushed velvet anything

I am also looking for a place that will not have a high turn over of people moving in and out / short term people!
