The flat is in a convenient location for the centre of town, with a 5-minute walk to Morrison's or 10 minutes to the beach and the retail park there, as well as good access to both Universities (RGU via buses close by on King Street). The flat is in very good condition, bright and modern throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, washing machine and various kitchen kit.

There is free residents parking in front of the flat, and parking permits are reasonably cheap for a year to cover the streets around. There is a small park next to the block. Well maintained block with maintenance coordinated between the flats and all get on well.
Other people in the flat are a male 27 year old PhD student who is also the landlord.
Share of electric, gas, Wifi, TV, block maintenance are included in the price. Wifi is a fast-fibre connection. Council tax (not included in advertised price) is paid by those it applies to, it would be partially discounted, and paid directly to the council. A deposit is required of one months rent. Recent work has added an extra toilet as well as upgrading the kitchen (photos coming or on request). Additionally, the flat has been repainted almost throughout in white/cream.
