Stunning Rosemount apartment with private parking

I am looking for a new Monday-Friday flatmate. My previoust one had been living in the property for almost two years now but sadly had to move on because of a new job.

My flat is located in Rosemount. When we acquired the property we renovated everything to a very high standard to the flat is a joy to look at and to live in. It has all the basic amenities that one would expect form a renovated apartment and there are some nice touches like heated bathroom floors and memory foam mattresses.

A parking permit is available and there are always plenty of spaces to park outside of the flat. The monthly price includes all bills, council tax and weekly cleaners who can strip the bed if necessary. I also pay for the bedding to be washed at a local dry cleaner as and when required. I am a coffee lover and I always keep the Nespresso machine topped up.

I literally only use the flat for sleep due to some intense work commitments as a doctor and the Founder of a company that is expanding internationally. I am very often abroad or in another city in the UK so it is likely that we would not see each other very often.
