Room to rent in large house in quiet location

Double room is becoming available in a large family house in a quiet location in Cove with stunning sea views. The accommodation comprises 4 double bedrooms, large kitchen, utility room, dining room, living room and large family / games room, bathroom and shower room.

There is one other tenant, male aged 38, who travels home at weekends. The two tenants have sole use of the shower room and have a separate sitting area in the large games room which has television and snooker table. Other facilities are shared.

While I have specified Monday to Friday only I have no problem with tenant staying the occasional weekend. I will also consider other shift patterns.
Live in landlords are aged 57 and 62 and have a separate living room. Household is very laid back and easy going.

Smoking is not allowed inside but current tenant smokes outside. There is a driveway and safe street parking. All bills are included and there is wireless broadband.

Area is close to Altens and Tullos industrial estates, as well as Portlethen. There is a bus stop nearby and the bus takes around 25 minutes to get to the centre of town, and also goes to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

Would consider any age and gender but will give preference to male applicants of a similar age to current tenant. I'm happy to wait for a tenant who fits in well with the current household.
