I am currently looking for a someone to replace me in a flat I share with a female student. The rent is £362.50 per month and bills are about £30-40 each per month. The room is en-suite and the flat is based near the beach, Asda and much more. It’s a new build so is warm and cost efficient. There is a lift going up to the flat (on the 3rd floor) and there is a shared car park with a barrier. It is a wonderful flat, and you would be sharing with a great student flatmate who bakes a lot so will have plenty of treats for you. This flat is available whenever but I would love for you and my flatmate to have a chat first so that you both know you’ll get on. Ideally we are looking for a student but also open to professionals (obviously council tax would need to be organised if this was the case).
