Location: Mid-point between University of Aberdeen, City Centre and the Beach. Morrisons on King Street 5 mins walk, corner shop 10 secs walk. Plenty free parking on street. On 1, 2 and 13 bus routes.

Cost: Rent is £350 per calendar month including Fibre broadband. Gas/electric are additional. On smart meters so easy to see useage/costs via Bulb app, estimate ~£50 per person per month for both.

The Flat: Tastefully decorated with quality furniture. New bathroom with power shower. Style is retro vintage - sort of (!) - but really for you to make it your own. Separate kitchen and living room. 2nd Floor. Shared back garden. Nice neighbours.

The Room: Double bed with spring and memory foam mattress and storage underneath. Big cupboard with loads of storage space, a desk and a bookcase. Large window to front.

Flatmate: Female newly graduated Masters student from Scotland. Working. Nice, chill, no dramas.
