Single or double bedroom ideal for student or young professional. Flat is on the first floor and has a spacious kitchen/dining room and large lounge which are both communal. Bathroom has been recently refurbished and is also shared between the three flatmates. There is also a large communal garden to the rear of the flat.

I am a student but it is not required for you to be a student as well. I enjoy cooking and chilled nights in as well as exploring new places and trying new things. The single room comes with ample storage space as well as a bed and desk provided for you. The double room also comes with a desk and fitted wardrobes. The flat is a 10 minutes walk into town or 15 minute walk to the University should you require it. There is on the street parking available.

The TV license is paid for by the landlord but all other utilities and bills, including broadband, are split between the tenants.
