Looking to rent out my bright and beautiful, fully furnished 1 bed flat for 4 months (January - May)
Situated on the 13th floor, you get the best views possible of Aberdeen and the sea! Big windows in bedroom, living room and kitchen with both sunrise and sunset makes the flat really bright and sunny all day long. Very quiet and peaceful. Fully refurbished in June 2018.
The flat comes with a double bed, walk-in closet, storage space, shower, towel radiator, couch, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Electric heating with pre-paid card. You can pretty much bring your clothes and you're good to go.

I'm looking for a responsible person / couple with a stable income. I own all the furniture so I expect you to treat them with care. My neighbours are families with children so you have to respect them and not be loud late at night. No pets or smokers please.
