The flat is situated in a lovely location on Urquhart Road, 15 minutes to Aberdeen uni, 10 minutes to the city centre/beach/ASV, and 5 minutes (or 3, depending on how hungry you are!) to Morrison's. The landlord is incredibly helpful as well. The lease runs from July-July.
