I am renting out my 1-bed flat in Aberdeen City Centre, just off Great Western Road. I've lived here for 5 years and have now taken a new job in Edinburgh, therefore, I am relocating. The location is ideal as it's central but also on the Southside of the city.

The flat is located on the second floor and is cosy and homely, perfect for a couple or a single person. I'd consider both students and professionals.
Boiler and shower are brand-new, it has been deep-cleaned and all furnishing is modern.
Council tax is band A.
Wifi is installed already, and is paid on a month by month basis.

There is plenty of room for storage, both inside the flat and in stairwell cupboards (you would have a key).
This has been a great flat to live in and hope that the future tenant enjoys and takes care of it.
