I am looking to rent out a room in my 2 bed top floor flat. The flat is located near to town/the beach and Aberdeen University. It has unrestricted street parking and a shared garden.
The double room is fully furnished and very generous in size (built in wardrobes and desk). The living room, kitchen and bathroom are also fully furnished and will be shared with my current flatmate. I am moving out due to work relocation.
My flatmate is a professional and works the standard 9-5 Monday to Friday. She is clean and tidy as well as sociable in the evenings and weekends. She is new to Aberdeen so keen to explore.
I am looking for somebody who is also clean and tidy and open to socialising.
I am looking for 300pcm for rent and you would share the council tax and electricity/gas bills with my flatmate.
