Looking to rent out a fully furnished double bedroom (you can have your choice!). Both bedrooms are spacious and very bright (when the weather allows) and have tables and chairs so you can work from home. Only one of the bedrooms will be rented.
The flat has two floors and is newly renovated. My bedroom and bathroom are in the lower floor, so you will have practically exclusive use of the bathroom in the bedroom’s floor.
I am a 24-year-old professional, so would mostly be looking to rent to other young professionals or mature students. I do work long hours, but enjoy socialising, going to the gym and once they re-open the pubs.

Location: city centre has plenty of convenience stores, shops and bars / pubs nearby. Bus stop located a minute away.
