Hi I’m Chandler! I am moving out this month and am looking for a female student/professional to take over my furnished room inside of a split level flat on the 15th and 16th floors of the building. There is a shared balcony on both levels. The two bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs has the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The rent is £300 per month plus broadband and energy.
The building itself is a council high rise but the flat is a private let. The views are amazing and the location is super central. We sit along most of the bus lines and are within 30 seconds of Lidl, Morrisons, Snap Fitness, and much else. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to campus and 10 minutes from Union Street.
About the other tenant: Her name is Nina and she is a 3rd year biochem student at Uni of Aberdeen. She generally keeps to herself and is a very quiet but friendly flatmate. She cleans up after herself and is very respectful of your space.
