I am looking for a female lodger to share a 2 bedroom flat in the Garthdee area of the city. Fab accommodation on offer. The bedroom on offer is a small double, which currently has a single bed. The room is fully furnished including TV, desk, chair, mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Available from Sept 2022 for single occupancy. The owner lives in the flat also.
The ground floor flat has a large, shared, back garden and drying green. On-Street parking can be requested from Aberdeen City Council (at the moment this is free). The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. Rent includes gas & electric, sky tv and internet. It does not cover Council Tax.
Rent is £390 per calendar month and the Deposit is also £300.

RGU campus is 10 min walking distance. ASDA ,Sainsbury’s etc. is either 20 mins walk or a short bus journey. Very good bus routes operates from Garthdee and will get you anywhere in Aberdeen. The Deeside Railway for walks and cycling, offers quick access to town centre and is literally on the doorstep.

The owner occasionally cat sits, so lodger can't be allergic to cats.
Ideally, the flat would appeal to someone quiet, and chilled out. Someone who is neat and tidy. Previous lodgers have been midwifery students. Non-smokers only please.

The flat is shares with a friendly, quiet 28 year old female who enjoys tv, music, reading and chilling out.
