The accommodation is ambient, non smoking , pet free, relaxing atmosphere.

Use of all facilities. Fibre optic broadband, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, 6 hob gas cooker, ambient lounge surroundings, fully enclosed garden with shed for bike storage if required.
Close to city centre, woodland walks, Duthie Park, union square , Cove coastal , RGU, walks, Altens, shopping centres, gyms,.
Regular bus routes and very close to most areas.
There is a local library and church a few hundred yards away from the accommodation.
You will be sharing with myself. I work erratic shift patterns and on days off, I go for walks , keeping fit, hula hooping, Callanetics, Pilates bar, love cooking and eating wholesome tasty Fresh aromatic Indian food.
My kitchen is full of aromatic spices. I am of indian background , cook and share meals happily. There is always wholesome food on the go, mostly vegetarian too!
