Furnished room available in a 2 bedroom bungalow with a secluded garden, conservatory and also parking. There is also a lot of attic space if you require storage. I don’t mind if you want to hang any art you have on your bedroom walls.

I’m a young professional who is quite social so the property would be ideal for a student and/or person in the same situation as me. I like going out, the gym, hikes and trip abroad / out of Aberdeen so would be good if you like that sort of thing too but not a deal breaker.
I am very clean and tidy so would be looking for someone like that too. I’m also very fond of cooking and I wouldn’t mind sharing any kitchen utensils etc.
No preferences if you smoke but obviously only in the garden and not inside.
