The flat is located in a convenient location in the west-end of Aberdeen City. There are many amenities nearby; on-street parking, a bus stop across the street, Cognito café and a local shop around the corner.
Myself and my flatmate are working professionals. With a mix of WFH and in the office.
We would preferably like to share with a working professional who like us likes to keep the flat tidy and organised so we can relax after a hard day working/studying.
The flat has Sky fiber WiFi, an Xbox One ft. big TV, an on demand combi-boiler and gas central heating, large outbuilding with storage space for bikes and a large shared garden. With double glazing and carpets in most rooms the flat is warm and thankfully not expensive to heat.
Our last flatmate was from SpareRoom and we are hoping we will be lucky again this time and have a good flatmate move in with us.
