Double Room in the Heart of the City

Hello! I'm David and I'm currently looking for a flatmate to share my flat in the city centre.

This is a 3rd floor flat, on Regent Quay and is very well located for just about everything. Union St, with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars is less than 2 minutes away. Union Sq shopping centre (with train station and bus links) is less than 5 minutes away.

Inside the flat is well maintained and equipped. The living area has a comfy couch, TV with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+, and storage. The kitchen is spacious and has pretty much everything you'll need. The bedroom is also fully furnished and includes a large desk for all of us still WFH.

A little about myself - I'm a marine biologist, sociable, relaxed, and I enjoy spending time with (and getting to know) others. I'm also splitting a lot of my time between Aberdeen and my home town (close to Glasgow). This means that you'll have the flat to yourself a lot of the time, although I expect this will change as we move towards normality.

In terms of bills - everything is included, with the exception of electricity.

I'm looking for someone chilled out, sociable, and respectful, same as myself. I have a dog as well, which will be around when I am, so it would be handy if you like them.
