I have one bedroom available in a two bedroom top fourth floor flat. It has stunning views of all of Aberdeen. The room is Furnished with a double bed, side table and built in wardrobe. Can fit a chest of drawers, mirrors etc if you want to add extra. It has Gas central heating.

There is a shared/conjoined living room kitchen. A bathroom with a shower and bath. WiFi and all bills included including council tax and factors fees. I have a Netflix and Disney plus account I’m more than happy for you to use! There is a washer drier and free secure parking in the complex downstairs. The building has a lift as well as stairs.

Pets are more than welcome but come at an extra £100 for the deposit and the landlord requires the carpets to be deep cleaned with proof of receipt if you were to move out.

Deposit is £300 but don’t need it in a lump sum as I understand not everyone has a full months rent and deposit lying around.

I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy. I’m a very happy go lucky person, love to socialise but also some me time. I’m not very party party bar the occasional birthday so would love someone chill like me. I travel a lot for work as I work two jobs which means some weeks I am here and some I am not which means you would get some time to yourself! Would prefer a professional however open to students as well.

Just so you’re aware I do pole fitness as a sport and may require for my pole to be in the living room but it is yet to be set up. I should be able to put it up and take it down when need be so I don’t think it would be in the way that much. More than happy for you to have a spin too!
