Double Room in 2 Bedroom House

Hello

I am renting the spare room in my 2 bedroom gay friendly house in a nice peaceful quiet neighbourhood.

The house is located just off Holburn Street and is very close to Duthie Park and the riverside. Public transport is located about a 2 minute walk away but you can walk to the city centre in 15 minutes. The bus would take about 10 minutes to RGU or 20 minutes to Aberdeen Uni. There is plenty of on street free parking.

The bedroom is nice and bright and is a good size double at the front of the house. It comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobes etc.

There is also a communal living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and electric shower. There is also a dining room off the kitchen at the back over looking the garden which can be used for studying if required. There is a nice private garden at the back which gets the sun (if there is any) most of the day.

The house has gas central heating and decent wifi. Post code AB107FF.

Students preferred but would consider a professional for Monday to Friday.
