Hello!

Looking for a suitable flatmate either short or long-term in a well maintained building. It is close to everything - public transportation, Berryden shopping area, and Kittybrewster stores. About a 20 minute walk to City Centre.

The room has a double bed, standing dresser, a side night table, lamp, and a dresser. There is a heater in the room.

The common areas are:
- Living room, which has a couch across from the windows, a small dining table, and adjacent work desk.
- Kitchen, has most basic cooking supplies and cutlery, inclusive of separate refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and plenty of overhead cabinets.
- Bathroom, toilet, shower with curtain, and overhead cabinet.

We will split the cost of electricity (Octopus). There's 4G Wi-fi from a portable router. I do not have broadband internet but you can sign up, if you desire.

Included in the rent is council tax band (B).

I am a working healthcare professional. I am quite tidy and like to cook on the weekends. I have lived with many different females before and hope to find someone I get along with. My former flatmates would describe me as chill and clean.
