Rent is £395 and bills are around £50-60 (a bit more in winter, a bit less in summer).
The room is a double with lots of storage space.
The flat has all the usual things, as well as a bath, a dishwasher and a garden. There’s on-street parking, no permit is needed.
I am a student at UoA in my final year, generally tidy and quite.
I need someone to take the flat from July, but would be open to paying half rent for July and August if they would not be moving in till later in the summer.
