My flatmate is moving away this month, and I'm hoping to find someone chill to take their place in the flatshare within the next 2-3 months.

The flat includes 2 double bedrooms (one occupied by myself), a spacious, living room, a cosy bathroom, the kitchen, and a laundry room. All connected by 1 long entry hall. All the rooms get plenty of natural lighting during the day. We are located on the top floor of the building (3 floors), please be aware there is no elevator in the building, just stairs.

Full cost breakdown:
Rent (per person) is currently: £283.25/pcm.
Council Tax: Band B £174/pcm (£87 each)
Gas/Electricity (per person) is currently: £94.37/pcm (this may go up/down depending on usage, we'll keep an eye on it together and adjust accordingly!
Internet: £31.00 per month (£15.50 per person).
Altogether this comes to £480.12 per person per month.

About the place:
Your bedroom comes with a large built in wardrobe, which has plenty of room for you to hang up clothes, as well as additional storage above via shelves. It currently has a bed in it, but no other furniture.

The living room is furnished, with a sofa, tv, bookshelf and dining table. And there's always room for more if you want to add to the décor!

The bathroom is fitted with a shower above the bath, a towel rack and large mirror by the door, and a head level cabinet beside the sink, above the toilet.

We also have an external storage room just outside our front door at the top of the stairs.

Heya! I'm Jamie, I'm 25, going on 26 later this year. I was born wayyyyy down at the bottom of England, but have pretty much lived in Scotland my entire life! I'm a drummer (don't worry, not drum kits in the house!), guitarist, general lover of music, video games & animals! I mostly listen to metal music, but don't worry about dealing with me putting my music on blast, I'm happy to stick with headphones!
I spend a lot of time either chilling in my room, or spending some time out seeing my girlfriend, but I'm sure you'll see me lots around the flat, I'll get along with pretty much anyone as long as we're respectful of eachother!
