The current tenants are all postgraduates and/or mature undergraduates. There is plenty of space to work in all the rooms, and with the fastest unlimited fibre broadband available, home working is also possible.

Available: A good sized room. Located on the first floor to the front of the property, it overlooks the front garden and Clifton Road.. It has a wash hand basin in the room. The original feature fireplace has been retained but may not be used. The window is double glazed. Furniture includes a double bed, an office desk, a desk chair, two wardrobes, a dressing table, an IKEA Poang armchair, an other arm chair, a bookcase, a bedside table and a waste paper bin. There is a sitting room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two other tenant bedrooms on the same floor.
