Double room available in a large family house in a quiet location in Cove with stunning sea views. Close to town and with good local facilities, great pub/restaurant 2 minutes walk away. The accommodation comprises 4 double bedrooms, large kitchen, utility room, dining room, living room and large family / games room, bathroom and shower room.

The tenants have sole use of the shower room and there is a separate sitting area available in the large games room which has TV and a snooker table. Other facilities are shared. There is currently one other tenant staying 3 nights a week, male aged 50.

Live in landlords are aged 63 and 67 and have a separate living room. Household is very laid back and easy going.

Smoking is only allowed outside. There is a driveway and safe street parking. All bills are included and there is wireless broadband.

Area is close to Altens and Tullos industrial estates. There is a bus stop nearby and the bus takes around 25 minutes to get to the centre of town.

Would consider any age and gender. Monday to Friday only but occasional weekends can be accommodated.
