A double room is available in a flat to share with one other person. The room is available right away.

The flat is in a great location, close to the shops, the ARI and the city centre, with a bus stop just around the corner. There is a shared garden to the rear and Victoria Park is just across the road - the flat must have one of the better views in the city :)

The flat, which is triple glazed, has Gas central heating, 3 bedrooms (one is spare) and has one bathroom, which has an electric shower over the bath.

There is plenty storage, which includes a closet in the hall. On street parking is available outside the flat, along with a parking permit.

The kitchen has the usual 'mod-cons’ including, electric oven/grill/hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

The room itself has a wardrobe, open shelves, a chest of drawers and a double bed with storage underneath.
