I'm Pascal (29), have moved to Aberdeen in September and looking for a flatmate. The flat I'm living is in the Rosemount area and has a large kitchen, spacious living room and a nice garden.
The flat is furnished with gas central heating, double glazing and has a small utility room (which can be used to store a bicycle). All white goods are installed including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Bills are included in the rent, (broadband, TV licence, gas and electricity). Another student is preferred for council tax purpose although it is not essential.
