Note - photos are from when we first bought the flat so you'll need your imagination to think of how it will look post-decorating
My friend and I are looking for a tidy, animal loving, flat mate to share our three bed 1st floor flat on King street(just opposite the first bus station).
It's owned by my parents and is currently being redecorated to move in for next semester. We're having electrics sorted and some new flooring plus the usual painting and furnishing. Your room will have a double bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. Living room will have a TV and comfy new sofa.
We're both easy-going biology students who like the occasional night out and plenty of cosy nights-in.
My two pet birds would be living with us and there'd be occasional visits from my family's dogs. So we'd need someone happy to live around birds and dogs. You could potentially have your own pet but that'd need discussed with me and my parents.
Move-in date is very flexible and rent is £375 per month and would include wifi and TV licence. Bills would be split between the 3 flatmates.
