We have a double room available for rent with immediate entry. The property is in AB16 area of Aberdeen within a 5 minute walk to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Woodend Hospital, and is close to a few of the main leading supermarkets. First bus and Stagecoach both run a service from this area into town.

The room is fully furnished with double bed (bedding and towels included), television, bedside units and wifi. The decor is modern and clean.
The Room is situated at the front of the property looking over the front street where it is very quiet and relaxing.
The bathroom, lounge and kitchen are all shared areas and are kept in a very immaculate state at all times.
Kitchen has all cooking facilities including plates, pans etc, (you will need to cook your own meals) for which we provide your own fridge freezer and dry store, a dishwasher and washing machine is also available.
The property is kept clean by the landlord however you are responsible to keep your own room tidy.
The kitchen leads to back garden with where there is a seating area and drying green.
There is off street parking at the front of the property.
As for us, we like to spend time with our 2 dogs (they are easy going and very well behaved their breeds are a Labrador and a spaniel)
