Room to rent in lovely flat!

Hello!

I'm looking for a flatmate for a lovely 2 bed flat with garden on Middlefield Place (Aberdeen).

The room for rent is a good size, with wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as some not so fun to assemble bed boxes, so no problem if you have lots of stuff! Its on a quiet road and the property is set back a little so very quiet and private too.

The living room/ kitchen is large and light and there is a garden with decking at the back with a BBQ.

I will be in the other room (so only me to share the bathroom with). I am a 29yo girl, i consider myself pretty social and easy going. I work in the city as a Guidance Teache and enjoy a variety of different sports.

I'm looking for someone of similar age. I don't have a gender preference, but someone like minded and respectful but also up for a few drinks and a shared meal every so often would be great.

The rent is £450 per month and the room is available from the 23rd of June till the 19th August.
