Hi there, I'm Bryn and I'm looking for a lodger for my spare room. The ensuite double room for rent is in a 2 bedroom flat with a shared living room and kitchen. Bedroom is furnished, including desk and chair. Fast fibre broadband and all bills included in rent.

This first floor flat is in a peaceful area of Bridge of Don next to the the Royal Aberdeen Golf Club and a short walk to the beach and Donmouth Nature Reserve. You'll have a parking space for yourself at the flat and it's a 5 minute walk to the bus stop (15 minutes into the city centre on bus 1 or 2).
