Two Large Rooms to Let in Country Location

Offered to let are two large, light and bright double rooms in a country property. Fantastic views across open space from every window, including both of these rooms which face east.

Room 1 includes King size divan bed (with 2 under-bed drawers), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and lamps. You will need to provide your own bedding and towels.

Room 2 is almost identical with King size divan bed, also with under-bed storage drawers, low level drawer storage unit, wall mounted pull-out clothes hanger, 2 bedside tables and lamps. Own bedding and towels will be required.

These two rooms will have shared use of the main bathroom.

Kitchen cupboard and under-cabinet fridge. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

Large turning and parking area.

There are two dogs, three cats and a varying number of hens in residence, so it is essential that applicants are animal and country loving people.

The town of Ellon is 6 miles south, has an excellent Park & Ride (north to Fraserburgh, south to the city) and is located opposite a large Tesco store with fuel station.

The new dual carriageway has cut travelling time to the airport to 25 mins, and to the city 30 mins, so commuting is very easy.
