Currently renting rooms to probationer teachers coming to the area. I am a teacher myself. 1 room will be available from August. I am often out and round at my parents house as they foster, I don’t really cook in the house, so those sharing would feel like they had the place to themselves. You won’t feel like you are living with a landlord! I have got on well with past guests staying and we all just pitch in with cleaning the shared areas and bathrooms etc

Bedroom 1 £500 (bills included), good sized bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe space. Not en-suite but will have use of main bathroom with shower and bath.

House has a living room, open plan kitchen with dining table and tv/sitting area and utility, study. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed and bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Parking available. Wifi, council tax and bills included in the monthly rent. Only 5 minute walk from the train station and 10-15 minute walk to the town centre.
