Double room in quiet country town

Double room in a cozy 3 bed house in Kemnay. Live in landlord is a veterinarian. Would suit a mature SRUC student, local professional, animal lover. I have a preference for a female housemate due to shared bathroom space.

I work in the days but spend a lot of my spare time at home and relaxing in the living room or gaming. A lodger who likes animals, quiet nights in and country life would be very suited here. I'm happy to socialise or if you are keen to just have a room to stay and go to work/uni, that is absolutely fine too.

The bed is comfortable with an electric blanket for winter. Walk in cupboard storage for clothes. Ability to customise the room within reason - art on walls etc.

Shared office space available as needed.

Shared bathroom with large shower. Also a separate WC downstairs.

Shared kitchen and living spaces. Kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher, air fryer, all pans/dishware. I am a vegetarian so prefer somebody else who aligns with this. Fish is okay.
Living room has a large TV, comfortable sofa and lots of greenery/plant life.

Garden with patio, lodgers are able to grow their own vegetables and plants if desired.

Casper - my indoor only rescue cat. Very nervous boy but loves people once he gets to know them. Please only apply if you like cats and are happy to be around them.

Bills and council tax all included.
