We have a single room to let in a very quiet and safe neighborhood; the room is renovated to a very high standard and there is a built-in wardrobe, tables, furniture and a t/v provided in the room.

All the bills are included in the price(gas, electricity, council tax and wifi).

There is free parking at the back or front of the property and the flat is just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Public transport is superb (every 10-15 minutes) and goes direct to the University of Aberdeen and Northeast Scotland College.

It is also very convenient for professionals working in Westhill (just around 10-15 minutes by car), Dyce airport, Asda and B & Q in Garthdee, Banchory or in/around Aberdeen City/Aberdeenshire areas.

Very good amenities are available nearby -library, post office, shops, take aways, restaurants, health centre, sports centre and a dental clinic.

The view is magnificent and breath-taking and our area earns its reputation for many organised walks among the locals at the site of the former Culter Railway Station and along the River Dee.

As we are clean and tidy, we want our prospective tenant to be the same. We are normally quiet and private and we just want you to have your own privacy in your own room however if you would like to have a chat on weekends or when you're free, why not?
